The shower was good. It had great water pressure. Everything else was alright.
The minibar was empty. Only two bottles of water were there. I expected a wider selection of beverages and snacks. It was not what I needed after a long trip.

lovely gardenwelcome drink
The welcome drinks upon my arrival. i found a lovely garden just outside the second floor. It seemed like a private retreat. i especially adore the garden. the welcome drink, what a good choice!
i thought the room felt a little dim because of the dark decor, this made it a little difficult to see things clearly at times.

the staff responded to our request quickly.
the breakfast was a joke i think. it was almost empty when we arrived at 10, with breakfast closing at 11, there was practically no food. they only refilled it at 10:45, but we were already not hungry anymore i suppose.

The staff shown an excellent level of hospitality. They were very cute upon arrival. The room was equipped with a coffee machine. Breakfast included several choices and it was good.
The room I was in was not large enough. I could not have the suitcase open properly. The parking was not very convenient to reach. I had to find parking on the street, a concern.

Matheius in the bar constantly checked if we needed anything. The location was good.
The ladies at reception did not seem to know much about the local area. They gave us wrong directions twice. One of them rarely looked up from the computer, while speaking to you.

wonderful stay in this hotel!
great locationefficient check-incomfortable bedsgood night sleep
i loved that this hotel offer a location close to the city center. it made it easy to explore main attractions. the check-in went quick and efficient. the beds was very comfortable and gives me a good night's sleep.
the room was cold when i entered, and i wasn't able to adjust temperature. they didn't changed the system for winter, but quickly fixed the problem of the air conditioning next day.

the staff seemed helpful and friendly when i needed assistance with directions. the reception offered complimentary drinks upon arrival. the barman seemed knowledgeable about the wine selection and offered recommendations.

the breakfast included a variety of options, but sometimes food quantities wasn't enough. i saw pizzas served in the evenings at the restaurant. they tasted good and offer a nice meal option.

the room included stylish decor and comfortable bedding. the shower facility was very nice and spacious. the hotel provided good spaces for socialising and rest, like a great common area.
